Who We Are
is a team of skilled occupational therapists and nutrition professionals dedicated to providing support to overcome sensory, motor and feeding challenges We offer in office and telehealth appointments in Virginia and West Virginia.
Our therapists and health coaches have advanced training and combined over two decades of experience working with people of all ages. We believe in treating the whole patient — not just a set of symptoms. From feeding difficulties to motor and self regulation, our goal is to get to the root cause of every challenge you are facing and help each patient reach their full potential.
Who We Help
At Dynamic Therapy Associates, we serve patients of all ages with sensory processing disorder, motor skill challenges and feeding disorders. We also provide nutrition support to children and families. We commonly have assisted those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Prematurity of Birth, Trisomy 21, Cerebral Palsy and a variety of neurological and genetic disorders.
We offer office and telehealth appointments throughout Virginia and West Virginia.
What We Do
Dynamic Therapy begins with a comprehensive neurological, motor skills and sensory based evaluation of your child's body systems and how they interact with the environment. We assess primitive reflexes, muscle tone, strength, range of motion, ocular motor, visual motor integration, oral motor and sensory processing.
This comprehensive evaluation helps us to create a custom tailored home program so that you begin helping your child overcome challenges on day one. We guide you along with way modifications to your home program as your child masters underlying skills needed to progress toward their goals.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists have speicalized training in sensory, motor and feeding therapies. We assess and treat all muslces, nerves and reflexes in the body. Sensory based feeding therapy uses a bottom up approach, working on the ability to drink liquids, chew foods appropriately and interact with foods without fear or anxiety.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutritional health coaching supports people of all ages facing feeding issues, as well as those who want to improve their gut health, maintain a healthy weight, detox or simply build more sustainable healthy habits.
Our nutritional health coaching services are led by health coach Daniela Powers.
Coaching sessions are offered in office or as telehealth consultations. Build meal plan, healthy eating habits and support optimal nutrition with ease.
